Wool Care Instructions
By nature, wool resists soiling and luquids bead up on the surface tension of scaled fibers spun around a core of air.
Wool does not require lots of washing. These blankets are properly fulled for a stable finish. Hand or machine wash gently in soap and lots of warm water. Soak, gently agitate, spin, then repeat for rinse. Hang to air dry, or dry clean if if you prefer.
Wool moths are attracted to food stains (oils, vitamin B and salt). Store you blanket clean in an aromatic chest or closet, or in an airtight container with cedar.
